• Is WordBrain for Android a game or a piece of brain-training software?

  WordBrain is a game that will challenge your brain. It has hundreds of levels for you to try. As the game progresses it becomes more difficult, and that is where earning hints for the game will come in handy.

• How can I get free hints?

  You can get free hints by sharing WordBrain posts on your Twitter or Facebook account. For example, you can rate the game to get hints, and you can post online when you complete a level. Post on social media through the WordBrain app and you will get a free hint given to you.

• Is WordBrain free to use?

  The game is free to use, but if you run out of hints and want more, you will have to buy them within the game.

• If I forget the puzzles code, how do I get it back?

  When you create a puzzle, you will have been asked if you wanted to share it. You are only able to share the code 3 times. Either though SMS, Twitter, or have it sent to your email address. If you didn’t share it at the start of the game, there is no way to get the puzzle back.

• I have completed the game, Is there another WordBrain coming out?

  The developers are creating more puzzles and challenges for WordBrain, and there is a chance that if you wait a few months then more levels will have come out.

• Why is WordBrain not accepting the correct word I am swiping, is there a bug in the level?

  The word you put in might be a valid word, but might not be the correct word for this puzzle. For example on “Ant level 7,” you have the letters C,A,M,L. You choose the word ‘CALM’ but the correct word is ‘CLAM’.

• Why are there not enough free hints on WordBrain?

  Hints are often scarce because the company wants you to pay for them. You can buy the hint packs within the app itself using your credit or debit card.

• Level X can’t be completed, it is not possible, is there a bug in the system?

  Level X can be completed as when you go on it, and you can see how many people have solved it at the top of the game and by how many people have mentioned it on social media.

• How come the play challenge feature is not on WordBrain anymore?

  The play challenge feature is only available when there is an event happening or a holiday that is coming up. Once the holiday or event is over, then it will be removed till the next future special event is put on.

• I keep seeing this number on top of the screen, what is it?

  The number on top of the screen is how many people have solved or completed the level before you. You will notice that the number will keep updating as more people complete it.
